EQUINE FACILITATED LEARNING

Equine-Facilitated Learning (EFL) is a guided, experiential approach where individuals build emotional awareness, confidence, communication skills, and resilience through hands-on interactions with horses. In EFL sessions, participants engage in activities such as grooming, leading, observing body language, and practicing mindfulness alongside our gentle herd.
