Pony Tales
Designed for early readers, our Pony Tales program sparks curiosity and joy around reading while fostering focus, communication, and confidence.
Using the research-based Reading Reins curriculum, Pony Tales follows a skills-based reading progression aligned with national standards, helping young learners build confidence and fluency. Students practice reading to ponies, blending skill development with the calming, non-judgmental presence of horses.
Mindfulness
Horses live fully in the present moment, making them natural partners in mindfulness. Their gentle responsiveness encourages people to slow down, notice their internal state, and cultivate calm, clarity, and emotional awareness.
Through guided grounding exercises and quiet observation, mindfulness with horses invites people to step out of the rush of daily life and into the calm rhythm of the barn.
Equine Facilitated Learning
Equine-Facilitated Learning (EFL) is an experiential approach to building personal and interpersonal skills through guided activities with horses.
Horses are highly sensitive to human body language, energy, and emotions, offering immediate, non-judgmental feedback that helps participants develop self-awareness, communication, and emotional regulation.

Stable Strides Scholarships
The Stable Strides Scholarship program connects dedicated young riders with opportunities and resources to continue their equine journey.
Through financial aid and mentorship, we aim to foster an inclusive equine community where dedication—not income—determines access.
