WELLNESS PROGRAMS
EQUINE-FACILITATED EXPERIENCES
Stable Strides Foundation offers experiential, ground-based sessions for adults seeking relaxation, connection, and grounding. Through guided interaction with horses in a calm barn setting, participants experience reflection, presence, and deeper self-awareness.
Sessions unfold in the presence of horses — often at liberty — whose calm, attentive nature supports nervous system regulation, helping participants shift from stress and mental noise toward steadiness and clarity. In this shared space, connection deepens and insight emerges through experience.
No prior horse experience is required.
