We aim to utilize scholarship funding to reduce financial barriers that limit participation in equestrian activities, sports, competition, therapies, and occupations in our community.

SSF scholarships are intended to help passionate, commited horse people pursue their goals. For more limited or introductory requests - please visit our financial aid application.

To be eligible for scholarships, applicants must:

1. Complete the Stable Strides Scholarship application process, which includes showing financial need, as determined through the program’s verification process. ​

2. Have completed a qualifying introductory course (ex: Horsemanship, Beginner Riding program, Boys & Girls Club Summer at the Stables, etc.).

3. Demonstrate commitment to growth in equine activities, sports, therapies, horsemanship, or equine related trade.

All information provided will be reviewed by a designated Stable Strides administrator. Personal financial information will be kept strictly confidential. Application decisions will be based on both financial data and overall program fit.
